Madison Warner is an indie-folk musician based in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Challenge
She was a new artist working to establish herself in the music industry, with no online presence. She needed somewhere to send people to see her concerts and events, and a place where potential bookings could be collected.
Solution
I designed and built her website with back-end booking and event management. It listed her upcoming shows and took booking requests from venues, fans, or anyone who needed to reach her.

Keeping it sustainable
I work from first principles, so I built it by removing any part or process that wasn’t needed. That left something simple for her to update herself, with no extra tools to manage.
Results
Madison had a professional online presence she could point people to, and a way to capture new booking inquiries. She was happy with it and ran the site for about five years.
